Abstract
Objective To explore the sensitive organ of T-2 poisoning in rat, and the effective biomonitoring method. Methods Single Cell Gel Electrophoresis (SCGE).Results The results showed that among the examined organs the liver is the most sensitive to T-2 toxin, the second is Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes (PBL).Conclusions The DNA damage of Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes can be a possible biomarker for T-2 poisoning.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
