Treatment of 40 Cases of Infantile Cerebral Palsy by Acupoint Injection

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of cerebral palsy children treated by acupoint injection.Methods Forty children with cerebral palsy were treated by acupoint injection,Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM) and Fine Motor Function Measure(FMFM) were adopted to measure the therapeutic effects.Results The clinical symptoms had obvious improvement.GMFM and FMFM scores were significantly different between before and after treatment.Conclusions Acupoint injection and assisted function training can improve the clinical symptoms of children with cerebral palsy significantly.
