Clinical research of acupoint injection in treatment of spastic cerebral palsy children with mental retardation

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of acupoint injection treatment for spastic cerebral palsy children with mental retardation.Methods:30 cases of spastic cerebral palsy children with mental retardation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,15 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupoint injection comprehensive therapy,and the control group was treated with only routine therapy.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of muscle tension and intelligence(P0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint injection at Fengchi(GB 20) as the major method in the comprehensive therapy has positive curative effective in treating the spastic cerebral palsy children with mental retardation.
