Empirical Analysis on Intra-industry Trade and the Upgrading of the Industrial Structure

Accompanied with the development of international trade and the economic globalization, nowadays international trade has been converted into intra-industry trade. As a result, the effect, which generated from intra-industry trade and related to the upgrading of the industrial structure of China, has become important academic issues. Through G-L index, this paper inspected the development of intra-industry and analyzes the upgrading of the industrial structure during the past decades. Finally, through correlation analysis, regression analysis and empirical analysis on the intra-industry trade and industrial structure and trade, the paper proposes relevant conclusions.
