Therapeutic Efficacy of Using Yangyin Huayu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine to Treat 48 Cases of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yangyin Huayu Decoction combined with western medicine to treat Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.Methods: According to random parallel control method,96 cases of hospitalized patients were divided into two groups using random number table method.Controlled group consisted of 48 cases with prednisone; treatment group consisted of 48 cases with Yangyin Huayu Decoction.Western medicine treatment was the same as the controlled group.90days continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.2 courses of treatment continuously,and then judging the curative effect.Results: The treatment group of 20 cases got complete remission,12 cases were markedly effective,effective in 10 cases,6 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 87.5%.The controlled group of 16 cases got complete remission,8 cases were markedly effective,effective in 4 cases,ineffective in 20 cases,total effective rate was 58.3%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the controlled group(P 0.05).Time needed for ease of disease and adverse drug reaction was better than the controlled group(P 0.05).Conclusion: It has distinct curative effect of Yangyin Huayu Decoction combined with western medicine treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus,low incidence of adverse drug reactions,thus it is worthy of promotion.
