Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on bleeding after cesarean section. Methods Eighty patients received cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups. The study group (n=42) received comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group (n=38) received routine care and intervention. The patients were followed up for 5~10 d. Bleeding postoperative 2 h, 24 h, preoperative and postoperative hemodynamic changes, and the nursing effect were compared between the two groups. Results Bleeding postoperative 2 h, 24 h and hemodynamic changes in the study group were better than those in the control group (P0.05). The total effective rate in the study group was 97.6%, significantly higher than that in the control group (81.6%). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive care intervention for cesarean section is effective in reducing postoperative blood loss, improving hemodynamics and the quality of life.
