76 cases of cesarean section in patients with perioperative nursing intervention effect observed

Objective To observe the perioperative nursing intervention for cesarean section patients.Methods All of 152 cases esarean section were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,the control group was given care,intervention group received preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative perioperative nursing intervention,nursing observation were compared indicators and pain,postoperative complications.Results There were more maternal pain rating comparison showed that the intervention group,0-Ⅱ level was significantly higher than the percentage of grade Ⅲ,and Class III the degree of pain was significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05).Time of the first exhaust the intervention group,the first time out of bed and maternal hospital stay compared with the control group,respectively,used in the intervention group were significantly shorter time than the control group(P 0.05).Satisfaction in the intervention group was significantly higher than the controp group(P 0.05).Complications of the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The cesarean section in patients with perioperative nursing interventions to the system,can effectively improve the care and satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications and reduce maternal pain,nurses should be promoted.
