Abstract
Objective: To investigate the expression of COX-2 and Ki-67 in he bladder transitional cell carcinoma and the significance.Methods: The expression of COX-2 and Ki-67 was detected by S-P immunohistochemical technique in the bladder transitional cell carcinoma(n=52) and normal tissues(n=12).Results: The COX-2 and Ki-67 were not expressed in the all normal tissue,but the expression of COX-2 and Ki-67 could be detected in different grades of he bladder transitional cell carcinoma.The positive rate of COX-2 and Ki-67 expression in high grade group was significant higher than that in low grade group(P0.05).Conclusion: The expression level of COX-2 correlate significantly with proliferating activity ofhe bladder transitional cell carcinoma cell.The expression of COX-2 and Ki-67 Evaluate the malignancy degree of the bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
