Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of the level of T-lymphocyte subsets and Immunoglobulin of children with EV71 infection. Methods:Peripheral blood samples were collected from the children with EV71 infection and the healthy children, then T-lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry, and the IgA,IgG and IgM were tested by the immunoturbidimetric assay. Results:The percentages of T-lymphocyte subsets CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ in EV71 infection severe group were lower than those in control and mild group(P0.01),the percentages of CD3+ and CD4+ in mild group were lower than those in control group(P0.01),but the percentages of CD8+ were not significantly different between the control and mild group(P0.05).The ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in severe group were lower than that in control group, while those were not significantly different between the others groups(P0.05).The concentrations of IgG and IgM in severe and mild group were higher than those in control group(P0.01),while those were not significantly different between the severe and mild group(P0.05).The concentrations of IgA were not significantly different between those groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The cellular immunity function of the children physical with EV71 infection are decreased, and humoural immunoreactions are increased, the severe infection may relate to the immunity state imbalance.
