Efficacy of active immunization combined with conventional tocolysis in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of immunotherapy with lymphocytes and progesterone plus HCG in treatment of women with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:The women with recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by lack of blocking antibodies were divided into two groups,one group of active immunization with lymphocytes plus progesterone and HCG(research group),another group of progesterone plus HCG(control group),the efficacy and pregnancy outcome were observed.Results:The successful rate of pregnancy was 82.9% in the research group and was 56.8% in the control group.There was a significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Lymphocyte active immunization and progesterone plus HCG for the recurrent spontaneous abortion with lack of blocking antibodies has a significant clinical effect,and it's safe and reliable.
