Abstract

As an educational concept,the nature of innovation education lies in the cultivation of students' innovation quality and comprehensive development of innovation awareness and innovation spirit,innovation thinking and innovation personality and innovation ability and practice ability. Guided by the concept of innovation education,the teaching method of physical education and health in higher vocational colleges should adhere to the general law of physical education,respect students' objective situation in order to satisfy students' overall development.
