CT Manifestation of Chest Trauma and the Valueof Clinical Application

Objective To evaluate the CT manifestation and clinical value in patients with chest trauma.Methods 45 cases with chest trauma examined by CT scanning were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 12 cases with rib fractures,12 cases with pneumothorax,1 case with pneumomediastinum,3 cases with mediastinal hematoma,28 cases with thoracic hemorrhage,30 cases with pulmonary contusion,15 cases with pulmonary laceration,2 cases with bronchial tear,respectively.CT showed rib fractures,pneumothorax,and mediastinal hematoma and mediastinal emphysema,the chest,such as blood and lung contusion.At the same time,spleen,liver,kidney and lumbar spine injuries in multiple could be shown.Conclusion CT scanning has high diagnostic value in patients with chest injuries,and is a rapid,accurate method for o diagnosis of chest injuries.
