Abstract

By the interviews of experts in the field of sport, professors in Colleges and universities of Henan Province and a questionnaire survey in Henan Province, this research has found out about the current status of and demand for PE teachers, PE athletic personnel, referee, social sport instructors, sports club management and development managers, sports clubs or sports companies coaches, and personnel qualified for organizing sports events. This research also provides some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
