The Contradiction between the Model of Teacher Education in University and the Acquisition of Teacher's Knowledge and Its Countermeasures

The model of teacher education in university is represented by the establishment of the college of teacher education and the subject-centered teaching model.But such model cannot meet the pre-service teachers' need of vocational knowledge and ability.Therefore,the current reform of teacher education model should set teacher education on the basis of teacher's vocational activities and propose reasonable issues about curriculum and teaching reform.It should center on the construction of sound structure of teacher's knowledge and ability,transform the traditional teacher education thoroughly and overcome the side-effect of the reform.
