Abstract
Objective To detect drug resistant gene of plasmid of extend-spectrum-lactamase in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods Three-dimensional extract test were used to detect the resistance phenotype of clinical strains of extend-spectrum β-lactamase Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The drug resistant gene of plasmids in positive strains were detected by PCR and the PCR products of SHV, PER, and OXA-2 type were sequenced subsequently. Results 43(34.1%) of the 126 strains drug resistant gene phenotype of extend-spectrum β-lactamase Pseudomonas aeruginosa were: 14 strains(32.6%) harbored PER-1 type; SHV and OXA-2 were not detected. Conclusion In our hospital, extend-spectrumβ-lactamase producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates maily carried PER-1 resistent gene of plasmids.
