Progress of formation of corneal neovascularization and cytokines

Corneal neovascularization(CNV)is a common complication of many eye disease,which not only seriously affect vision,but also is high risk factors of corneal graft rejection reaction.It is important to prevent blindness and improve the quality of CNV patient survival that research on the mechanism of CNV and looking for the inhibitors to prevent the formation of CNV.Now we believe that CNV formation is closely related to a variety of regulating cell factors.We will review the main research progress of cytokines that assosiated with the formation of CNV.
