Management Innovation Based on Upgrading Enterprise Competence

Abstract

Enterprise competence is a system presented by the integration of the enterprise resource competence.And the competence of management innovation is used to distribute and transfer enterprise resources more efficiently.Management innovation plays a vital role in maintaining and upgrading the enterprise competence.This paper discusses the relationship between management innovation and enterprise competence.Then it reveals the mechanism and effect of the management innovation in the fields of enterprise strategies,organizational structures,human resources,control technologies and enterprise culture to maintain and upgrade enterprise competence.Finally,a few suggestions are put forward to enhance management innovation and upgrade enterprise competence in our country.
