On the Selection and Construction Mode of Undergraduate Tutorial System in Normal Universities

To follow the reform of credit system,undergraduate tutorial system in normal universities has come into being and has won initial success.While in practice,we have found serious problems worthy of consideration,such as the orientation of the tutor,the modes of tutorial system either domestically or abroad,ways to select the tutorial system in normal universities,how to construct and the problems of the current tutorial system and coping measures.
