Abstract

The biological characteristics of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were studied in this paper.The results showed that:the mycelia could grow better on the most of culture media,but worse on Rose Bengal Medium than others.The temperature range for mycelia growth was 0～30℃,25℃ was the optimum,The mycelia might grew from pH 3 to pH 11,pH3 was favorable.The effect of light on mycelia growth was not evident and mycelia lethal temperature was 47℃ for 10min.The sclerotia could germinate in the most kinds of carbon sources and nitrogen sources.The range of temperature for sclerotia germination was 5～25℃,25℃was the optimum.The sclerotia could germinate within the treatments from pH3 to pH11,the lethal temperature for sclerotia was 50℃ for 10min.
