Abstract
Objective To determine the content of gallic acid in Fengliao Changweikang tablets. Methods HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in Fengliao Changweikang tablets was established. The chromatographic column was Dikma Kromasil C18.The mobile phase was methanol-triethylamine-0.5% phosphoric acid(5∶0.1∶94.9).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 273 nm.The column temperature was room temperature. Results The calibration curve of gallic acid was linear in the range of 9.82-157.12 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9).The average recovery of gallic acid was 97.9%,and the precision of the method was 1.49%(n=6).Conclusion The method is reliable, sensitive and accurate, which can be used for the assay of gallic acid in Fengliao Changweikang tablets.
