Abstract
As the rural cooperative medical care in China goes downhill,medical services at one's own expense becomes dominated.To counter the actural situation and the medical particularity in rural area,the author argues for reform in the rural medical organizations to effectively utilize the limited health resources and to keep down the medical price,to develop social medical assistance and to strengthen the commercial medical insurance.
