Abstract

The cardinal policy of Chinese rural medical care is cooperative medical insurance,which shows some flaws in objective orientations,system selection and organization management.This article explores the way to perfect legal mechanism of Chinese rural medical care through analyzing the present rural medical care policy and its flaws,and using the reference of the advanced experiences of foreign rural medical care policy.
