Discussing the Construction of the Urban-Rural Integrated Medical and Health System —Take Hainan province as an example

With the implement of the new-type rural cooperative medical system and the new plan of medical and health reform,the situation in which rural residents have a difficult and unaffordable access to medical service has been relieved by certain degree,but still far from being satisfying with many deep-rooted problems.Basic reasons may lie in the dualistic structure of urban and rural areas,and the solution in the establishment of an urban-rural integrated medical and health system.
