Abstract
[Objective]To study the levels of IL2,IL6,IL8 and TNFα in serum in patients with hepatitis B,explore the relation between IL2,IL6,IL8 and TNFα.[Methods]The level of IL2,IL6,IL8 and TNFαwere detected in 143 patients with hepatitis B and 62 healthy people(control group).[Results]The level of IL2,IL6,IL8 and TNFα in serum in patients with hepatitis B was significantly higher than that in healthy people(P0.01),it also higher in patients with acute and severe hepatitis B than that in patients with chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis of liver(P0.0).[Conclusion]The level of IL2,IL6,IL8 and TNFα in serum in patients with any type of hepatitis B increased, the more serious of the disease, the more obvious of the increase level.
