Abstract
Humanistic education plays an important role in training highly qualified talents.The institutions of higher learning pay great attention to humanistic education and have made lots of beneficial explorations and practice in the role of humanistic education,the construction of curriculum and the implementation of humanistic education.The key to the implementation of humanistic education lies in strengthening individuality,because humanistic education is directed to the students' ideology,demonstrating strong individualized trend.Only by knowing the individuality of humanistic education and strengthening individualized humanistic teaching can we move the students' mental world with unique spiritual charm and train 21st century talents with innovative spirit.
