Abstract
China is in the period of building twelfth five-year,increasing the employment environment is essential for ensuring development. The paper adopts the method of deviation degree to analyze the correlation of industrial structure and employment structure based on the longitudinal analysis of industrial structure and employment structure in Hebei province,and through calculating the overall mean by the employment elastic coefficient to analyze the role of the industrial economic development to promote employment. Finally,it puts forward several proposals such as increasing employment,enhancing employment proportion in the current social environment combining with the present industrial structure and development trend in Hebei.
