Abstract

Objective To study the effectiveness of nursing intervention on prevention of lower limb deep venous thrombosis after fracture. Methods 160 cases of lower limbfracture patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,80 cases of each. The observation group was given systematic nursing intervention, while the control group was given conventional care. Compared the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Results The incidence of lower extremity deep venousthrombosis of boservation group was 1. 25% ,lower than 12. 5% of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively reduce postoperative venous thrombosis of lower limb fracture incidence.
