Abstract
Objective To observe the preventing effect of synthetical convalescence nursing on deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity of patients after spinal fracture operation.Methods 96 patients of spinal fracture were divided into rehabilitation group and control group,perform routine preventive subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin calium after operations, and separately take the corresponding nursing methods.Results There was no vein thrombosis in lower extremity in patients of the rehabilitation group,but 5 cases in the control group.After active treatment and nursing about 5 or 7 days,the limb swelling witnesses regressed without general complications as pulmonary embolism.Conclusion The prevention effect of the rehabilitation group to the deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity is superior to that of the control group.
