On the Economic Policy Property of Economy Law

From the traditional perspective,economic policy property of economy law has been denied by experts in law field.They hold that it can not be distinguished from other branch laws,especially for the administrative law..It is doubtful whether to take the policy property as one of the distinguishing feature from traditional branch laws,however economic policies of economy law can still be understood.And the economic policy property of economy law could be seen from its existing bases,system construction and object value.
