An Analysis of Property Income and the Improvement of Real Property Law in our Country——from the Perspective of Law-economics

With the development of market economy and the improvement of financial market,property income has becomes a more and more important part in residents' income. As for law,it's necessary to create institutional conditions to make more people possess property income. As the basic law adjusting property relations,the Real Property Law has close relations with the development of economy. Increasing residents' property income means the transfer of fortune conception and the innovation of ways of creating fortune,which needs response from the Real Property Law to make necessary adjustments. Thus,from the perspective of law-economics,this paper aims to explore the relationship between property income and the Real Property Law,and then makes some suggestion on improving the system of the Real Property Law.
