Abstract
To explore appropriate concentration of K+that was required to growth of Dunaliella salina, the effects of different K+levels( 1、4、8、12 mmol / L) on the growth of Dunaliella salina were studied under laboratory conditions. Using ANOVA and multiple comparisons, cell concentrations of Dunaliella salina on the 11 th day were analyzed. The results showed that the growth only between the group of 8 mmol / L and the group of 12 mmol / L had significant difference( 0. 01 P 0. 05) and the grouth among the rest had very significant difference( P 0. 01). The appropriate growth concentration of K+for Dunaliella salina was 2mmol / L.
