Abstract
In order to explore the microelement concentration to Dunaliella salina cell cultured,indoor simulation ocean was designed,and the effects of different combinations of B and Cu on growth and material accumulation of Dunaliella salina.The result showed that adequate concentration of B and Cu had a promoting effect to Dunaliella salina cell growth and material accumulation,it is disadvantageous that concentrations was too high or too low.The optimum conditions were: the combination were in a B concentration of 4 mg/L and Cu concentration of 125 μg/L in culture medium,protein and β-carotene accumulation of Dunaliella salina in 9 different patterns,which made cellular density,protein and β-carotene accumulation of Dunaliella salina to reach the highest value.When the combination was in a B concentration of 6 mg/L and Cu concentration of 175 μg/L,the protein and β-carotene accumulation in single cell of Dunaliella salina can reach the highest value.It may be a response adaptation of Dunaliella salina cell to adversity of too much B and Cu.
