Abstract
[Objective] To optimize the liquid fermentation conditions of a strain of north high plexus endophytic fungus from blueberry.[Method]A medium suitable for industrial production was selected: corn flour 90 g/L,soybean meal 5 g/L,KH2PO41 g /L,MgSO40.6g /L,vitamin B1 10 mg /L.With mycelium yield as index, the culture medium temperature,pH,shaking speed, inoculum was investigated through orthogonal test in order to determine the optimum culture conditions.[Result]The results showed that the cultivation temperature 25℃,shaking speed 160 r /min,pH 7.0,inoculum 5%,mycelium growth reaches the maximum.[Conclusion]The microbial growth kinetics parameters were obtained, which will provide a basis for industrial production.
