Abstract

The frustration and the failure of the socialism's practiser has a close relation to their doctrinairism on the expection of Marx and the matter of the actual productivity. Deng Xiao-ping made a scientific summarize on the essence of the socialism which is based on the development of the productivity; and found the clue to the mystery of the “What is socialism”; he also started form the actual and present facts, insisted on the standard of the productivity, and he found the clue to the mystery of the “How to construct the socialism”.
