Isosorbide Dinitrate Combined with Meglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect in our hospital 120 cases of elderly patients with angina pectoris using isosorbide dinitrate combined with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate treatment. Methods In our hospital in 2013 January ~ 2014 year in Juneadmitted 120 cases of elderly patients with angina pectoris were selected in this study,were randomly divided into simple medication( isosorbide dinitrate) group and combination( isosorbide dinitrate+ meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate) group,60 cases in each group,heart rate,blood pressure,daily testing in patients with angina pectoris number of times and the changes in electrocardiogram. Results In comparison to angina pectoris curative effect,simple treatment group total effectiveness is 68. 3%,combined treatment group total effectiveness is85%,significantly better than the single drug group( P 0. 05),in the improvement of electrocardiogram comparative simple drug group,with the total effective rate was 65%,the combination therapy group the total effective rate was83. 3%,no significantdifferences between the two groups of patients( P 0. 05). Conclusions Elderly heart disease and angina pectoris treatment with isosorbide dinitrate combined with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate can reach good synergistic effect,can significantly improve the patient' stherapeutic effect,is worthy to be popularized in clinical treatment.
