Abstract
Objective To study the effect on loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)treated for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods The data of 69 cases with CIN performed by LEEP were reviewed and analyzed prospectively. Results Treatment was completed in(7.2±2.1)minutes,the average amount of bleeding was(12.45±5.26)ml.The rate of cure was 96.77% in half-year and 79.49% in 1 year respectively and no complications occurred after the treatment. Conclusion LEEP is simple and safe method for treatment of cervical lesion, especially for CIN.
