Abstract

A harmonious society requires building a service-oriented government to improve the efficiency of administration.Through the research on the practice in constructing the standardization of tax-payment service,problems are identified and suggestions are given on how to standardize tax-payment service so as to take effective steps to promote the performance of local taxation departments.
