Abstract

Objective Medical staff abreast of the latest status of implementation of hand hygiene,prevention of nosocomial infection,further improve the quality of medical care.Methods Third Hospital of Nanchang hand hygiene of medical staff to investigate the status quo.Department of infectious diseases hospital,a full-time personnel to observe the clinical departments,sections were randomly selected 115 personnel,to observe the implementation of hand hygiene.Results(1)Medical and nursing staff hand hygiene compliance was 41.0%,patients with prior exposure to hand hygiene compliance is the lowest(31.3%).in the aseptic flac compliance with the highest health(50.0%).Medical and nursing staff hand hygiene compliance before and after contact with patients before and after comparisons and aseptic,the differences were statistically significant(all P0.05).(2)Nurses hand hygiene compliance is much higher than the doctor,the difference was statistically significant(51.9% vs 32.0%,P0.05).(3)Neonatology medical and nursing staff hand hygiene compliance is the highest(87.5%),out-patient medical and nursing staff hand hygiene compliance is the lowest(0%).Various departments of the medical staff hand hygiene compliance as compared with neonatal room,the differences were statistically significant(all P0.01).Conclusion Implementation of hand hygiene should be strengthened efforts,prevention and control of hospital infection.
