Practical Exploration into Promoting Inheritance of Ethnic Culture through Education in Poverty-stricken Rural Areas——Taking Liushao Village of Xundian Autonomous County of Hui and Yi Nationalities in Yunnan Province as an Example

A study was made on how to promote inheritance of ethnic culture through school and community education in Liushao Village of Xundian County in Yunnan Province in order to find out ways to inherit ethnic culture through education in poverty-stricken rural areas.In the process of practice,we adopted approaches to cultivate sense of identity and pride of ethnic culture among teachers and students,develop school-based courses of ethnic culture,and organize colorful activities all based on school education.We also set up community study centers with the help of schools and culture centers with the help of the government in order to carry out ethnic traditional festival activities,which effectively promoted the harmonious development of local education,culture and society.
