Yunnan Province is a region of abundant ethnic cultural resources and less developed economy.With the policy of reform and open China,the ethnic minorities region of Yunnan Province saw the transformation of society and culture,and rapid development of economy.Meanwhile,the traditional culture of ethnic minorities is also suffered from great impacts.To realize the modernization of society and economy is the way for every ethnic group to develop.No modernization means poverty and falling behind.But if the traditional is lost,the ethnic culture is dead.So to peer the ethnic minorities to reform standing on the social and cultural section,to promote the economical development,to conserve the ethnic minorities traditional culture and construct ethnical and cultural province with characteristics,is a problem must be solved.
