Abstract
Objective:To explore the safety and feasibility of total intravenous anesthesia with remifentanil combined with propofol in infantile laparoscopic operation.Method: 60 cases with indirect inguinal hernia underwent circumferential wiring of the internal ring were randomly divided into two groups, group R,30 cases, were treated with propofol 2.5mg/kg,atracurium 0.06mg/kg,remifentanil 3ug/kg as induction of anesthesia, maintenance with remifentanil 0.15~0.3ug/kg.min;group S,30 cases, inducted with inhalation of sevoflurane, remifentanil 3ug/kg,atracurium 0.06mg/kg,maintenance with 2.5~3% sevoflurane.Blood pressure,ECG,SPO2,EtCO2 and heart rate of all were recorded.Time of extubation and recovery were recorded too.Result: There were no significant difference in SPO2,EtCO2,MAP and heart rate of before intubation, after intubation,5min after pneumoperitoneum and extubation between two groups.Time of extubation and recovery were less in group R than that in group S(P0.05).Conclusion: Total intravenous anesthesia with remifentanil combined with propofol in infantile laparoscopic operation is safe and effective, better than inhalation of sevoflurane.
