Abstract

Objective To review the clini ca l behaviors, screenage date and treatment of the 38 old patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction(HI).Methods The clinical treatment and scr eenage date of the 38 patients were reviewed. Results The 38 pat ients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction were about 9.2% of the patients with cerebral infarction in the same time. The patients with cardiogenic cerebral infa rction were about 66% of the patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction.14 pa tients(37%) occurred hemorrhage in the first week, and 17 patients(45%) occurred hemorrhage in the second week hemorrhage, which was related with the lability of blood pressure, blood steram novo-filling,and may not be related with anticoagul ant. Conclusion The diagnosis of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction depends on computer tomography(CT) or MIR.In order to diagnosis early and adjus t treatment in time, the patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction must re-e xamine CT or MRI.The key point to rescue the patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction is to prevent complication.
