Preparation of Poiyvalent Oil-adjuvant Inactivated Vaccine Against Chicken Escherichia Coil

Poiyvalent oil-adjuvant inactivated vaccine against chicken E.coli were prepared with six different predominant serotype strains of E.coli which isolated from different regions of Hebei province.The results of safety,immunity and stability tests showed that the vaccine had good safety and induced excellent immune response,the antibody was found on chicken when had been immuned in seven days, and the antibody level was highest in 56 days.It prevented the E.coli disease by descending the rate of incidence and infection.
