Preparation of Poiyvalent Aluminum Hydroxide-adjuvant Inactived Vaccine Against Chicken Escherichia Coil

Poiyvalent Aluminum hydroxide-adjuvant inactivated vaccine against chicken E.coli were prepared with fourdifferent predominant serotype strains of E.coli which isolated from Shihezi in Xinjiang province. The results of safety ,inmmunity and stability tests showed that the vaccine had good safty and induced excellent inmmune response,the anti-body was found on chicken when had been immuned in seven days, and the antibody level was highest in 35 days.It pre-vented the E.coli disease by descending the rate of incidence and infection.
