Abstract

Starting from the transformation of the environment and its impact on the focus of library work,this paper discusses the service concept that should be established by college library and its requirements for reader services of college libraries,and points out that the human-oriented service concept should be established for college libraries to improve the quality of reader services,and providing readers with informational and knowledge-based services,customized services,initiative services,humanized services and refined services is an essential requirement for college libraries to carry out human-oriented service concept..
