Abstract

This paper emphasizes that providing knowledge services in local college libraries is a strategic choice in future for college libraries by means of analyzing the connotation of knowledge and knowledge services;explores the service models and implementation strategies so as to play the significant role of college libraries by means of summing up the insufficient of such services in current college libraries.
