Abstract

With the further development of network information technology, university libraries reader service model continues to open up richer services, new services have been continuously expanded. Based on reader service functions to improve university library building, highlighting readers personalized service requirements, proposed College Library Service functionality needed to be changed and strengthened, and in promoting the role of university libraries modernization proposal.
