Abstract

Objectives:To investigate the clinical significance of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in diagnoses of coronary disease.Methods:119 patients were enrolled in the study,of whom 31 with stable angina pectoris(SA),27 with unstable angina pectoris(UA),26 of them with acute myocardial infartion(AMI),the others patients without coronary disease were assigned to control group.Hs-CRP was determined by immune transmission turbidity.Result of each group was analysed.Results:Hs-CRP of patients with UA and AMI were significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05 or P0.01).Hs-CRP of patients with SA was higher than that of control group,But,there was no statistical significance between them(P0.05).Positive rate of hs-CPR in patients with coronary disease was 76.2%,which was higher than positive rates of CK and CK-MB.Conclusions:Hs-CRP of patients with coronary disease was closely related to occurrence and development of coronary disease.Determination of hs-CRP was useful for early diagnosis and prediction of the prognosis of patients with coronary disease.
