Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Xue Fu Zhu Yu Granule(XFZHYG) on cardial oxygen metabolism and its influmce on acute myocardial infarction EECG in anesthetic dogs.Methods:Twenty-four dogs were devided randomly in four groups: normal conrol group,positive control group,2.5 g·kg~(-1) XFZHYG group;5.0 g·kg~(-1) XFZHYG group.The cardial oxygen metabolism parameters were measured in the anaesthetiz dogs.The degree and range of myocardial ischemia,were determined by using the acute myocardial infarction model of ligation of left anterior descending(LAD) in the anaesthetized open-chest dogs.Results:Compared with normal control group,the cardial oxygen consumption decreased in 2.5 g·kg~(-1) XFZHYG group and 5.0 g·kg~(-1) XFZHYG group,the degree and range of myocardial ischemia also decreased.XFZHYG has protective effects on myocardial ischemia in dogs.Conclusion:XFZHYG can decrease cardial oxygen consumption in dogs.XFZHYG has protective effects on myocardial ischemia in dogs.
