Abstract
Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Huxinling on experimental acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in anaesthetized dogs. Methods:The model of acute myocardial infarction was established by occlusion of left arterial descending artery of myocardium in dogs, and the myocardial infarction area and the activities of FFA,CK,lactic acid in serum were measured. Results:In dogs treatment with Huxinling, the myocardium oxygen delivery increased, degree and of myocardial ischemia and the activities of serum CK,FFA significantly decreased in acute myocardial infarction dogs. Conclusion:Compound Huxinling possesses the protective effect on myocardial ischemia.
